Volunteer Needed
IEEE-USA will be holding it’s 2012 Annual Meeting in Cincinnati and is asking the Cincinnati Section for a volunteer to help them organize the meeting. This volunteer position will serve as an assistant for the March3-6, 2011 Annual Meeting in Austin Texas serving some minor duties, and then will take the lead role for the 2012 Annual Meeting in Cincinnati. I have been given an estimate of the commitment levels for both the 2011 and 2012 meetings and they are not overwhelming. For one of our section members who would like exposure to the IEEE national organization, this will be a great networking opportunity.
