Cincinnati IEEE Volunteers Needed

Local IEEE activities such as monthly Section presentations, scholarships, and STEM events are organized and delivered by IEEE Cincinnati volunteers. These activities provide the members an opportunity to meet other local engineers face to face and increase their knowledge of diverse engineering activities such as power, communications, and IOT.

We need your help to continue to provide these service to our Cincinnati IEEE members. Please consider volunteering as a member of the Cincinnati Section Executive Committee. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and support our community. We typically meet four evenings per year to plan our activities, plus some time implementing those activities.

The following positions are open with elections held this Fall for a two year term starting January 1, 2019.

Chair
Vice Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
Member at Large

In addition to the elected positions above we are in need of a Webmaster to maintain the IEEEcincinnati.org website. Assistance with the Professional Activities, Membership, and Arrangements is also welcome.

Please send an email to ted.longshore@ieee.org if you are interesting in volunteering for any of the above positions.
